Does the training somehow make these "people" into decent human beings?<br><br>"Sorry, officer, I never got the 'How Not to Be a Douchebag' class. That's why I started Rape Wednesdays."<br><br>Is this an actual, acceptable defense? Whenever I hear about abuse in an institutional setting (prison, hospital, nursing home, etc.), inevitably someone will defend the abusers by saying they never got the proper training.
