		<description>Whenever I hear about abuse in an institutional setting (prison, hospital, nursing home, etc.), inevitably someone will defend the abusers by saying they never got the proper training.  Does the training somehow make these &quot;people&quot; into decent human beings?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&quot;Sorry, officer, I never got the &#039;How Not to Be a Douchebag&#039; class.  That&#039;s why I started Rape Wednesdays.&quot;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Is this an actual, acceptable defense?</description>
